1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to delivering high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Refunds will only be processed as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Incomplete Service: If the technician is unable to complete the repair due to reasons within our control.
  • Repeated Issues: If the same issue persists after repair and our attempts to resolve the issue are unsuccessful.
  • Service Cancellation: If the customer cancels the service appointment before the technician’s visit, and any advance payment is made.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Customer Negligence: If the issue arises due to improper usage, mishandling, or negligence by the customer after the repair.
  • No Fault Found: If the technician finds no issue with the appliance during the service visit.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: If the appliance was repaired or tampered with by an unauthorized individual after our service.
  • Force Majeure: Delays or interruptions due to events beyond our control, such as natural calamities or power outages.
4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us via phone or email within 7 days of the service date.
  • Provide details of the issue, including the service receipt and a description of the problem.
  • Allow us to verify the claim and attempt to resolve the issue, if applicable.

Once the claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the same payment method used (if applicable). If cash payment was made, refunds will be issued in cash or through an alternative agreed method.

5. Service Rework

In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a rework of the service at no additional cost to resolve the issue.
